Getting Started
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Simply click on the Join Now link on our home page where you will be directed to fill in a short registration form. Registering with us should only take a minute or two.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY INFORMATION?
If you would like to change or update your personal information please log-in, then click on the My Account link where you will be able to Edit Your Profile (select Contact Details).
HOW DO I LOG IN?
You can log into your account via the log-in box at the top of every page on our website. You must be logged in to participate in Zatbingo activities and carry out your banking.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT?
We accept only one account per person. Please note that we reserve the right to close multiple accounts and to cancel all wagers and/or winnings.
Gaming
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE PURCHASED MY CARDS AND I GET DISCONNECTED FROM THE GAME?
Once you have purchased a card you will particpate in the game regardless of whether or not you are connected. In other words, the game takes place on our servers and if the card you purchase is a winner, then you will receive the prize even if you are not logged in.
CAN I KEEP MY CARD NUMBERS FROM GAME TO GAME?
To ensure fairness in the game, all cards are randomly generated before each game begins. You will therefore not be able to keep your card from game to game.
CAN I BE SURE THE GAMES ARE FAIR?
Zatbingo is licensed to offer online gaming services under strict local laws. This means we have to adhere to legal regulations on ethical gaming. Furthermore our payouts are reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure that our systems are consistently random and fair.

ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS SECURED?
Before you provide us with any information, the data is heavily encrypted prior to its transmission to our servers. This makes it impossible for people to obtain access to your personal details ensuring that any personal information you send us remains safe and secure.
WILL OTHER USERS BE ABLE TO SEE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
Although we require details such as your name and address before you can participate in our games we will never publicly publish that information on the website in order to protect your privacy.

HOW DO I FUND MY ACCOUNT?
From the “My Account” Page you can access your banking area under which you will find “Fund My Account” where you will be directed to our cashier. Select the deposit method that best suits you and follow the simple instructions. The minimum Deposit Amount is £10.

CAN I PLAY WITH A CREDIT CARD NOT IN MY NAME?
In order to protect the security of the card owner and prevent the risk of fraud we do not accept credit cards that are in a different name and address that you registered with.
HOW DO I CASH OUT AND GET PAID?
You can request a payout by clicking “Withdraw” within the “My Account” section. Your request must be a minimum of £10 and will take 3 working days to process during which you may cancel the request at any time.
By default, payouts will be refunded via the same payment method you used to deposit. To read more about payout options please read our Payments Policy page.
HOW MANY WITHDRAWAL REQUESTS CAN I DO?
You may only make one withdrawal request at a time; you may make another request once the current withdrawal request has been processed.

WHY HAS MY BONUS DISAPPEARED?
Once you have spent your deposit you will automatically begin using your bonus if you are playing bingo.
You may also lose qualified bonuses if you make a withdrawal request or not met the wagering requirements of a bonus within a specific timeframe. For more information about bonuses please read our Bonus Help page.
WHAT ARE LOYALTY POINTS?
Loyalty Points are a great way of rewarding you for your loyalty. The more activities you carry out in our website the more points you’ll earn. Generally you can earn points by purchasing a bingo card, referring a friend, winning a chat game and much more. You can then redeem your points for bonus money.
HOW DO I REDEEM LOYALTY POINTS
To redeem your points log-in and go the the “My Account” page and select “Convert Loyalty Points”. Type in how many points you wish to convert to money and click the “Redeem Points” button.
Every 1,000 points you earn are worth £1. The minimum you can redeem are 5,000 points and once converted to money can only be spent on Bingo.
HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?
Make sure you are logged in first. Then go the the “My Account” page and select “Refer a Friend”. Every friend you refer will earn you Loyalty Points which can be converted into bonus money.
