General Information

• These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the terms on which you may make use of this website http://www.zatbingo.com (the "Site") and services offered by Zatbingo to the you the User, use and download the software used to play the Games and participate in the Games.
• ZatBingo and Gdirect B2B Ltd (“Gdirect B2B”) have a contractual trade agreement separate and annex to these Terms.
• By opening an account or using any services offered by this Site, the User confirms that they understand and agree to these Terms without exception or reservation of any kind thus entering into an agreement between both parties.
• Gdirect B2B is based in WTO Chambers, Wickhams Cay 1 Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands
• Zatbingo reserves the right to amend all or part of these Terms and any other information provided in the Site for which we encourage users to read this information regularly.
• You acknowledge that the games and other Site services are purely for entertainment only. All professional interest is discarded. The Site will be used solely for personal entertainment. It is completely forbidden to use the Site for any other purpose.
• Zatbingo employees and Gdirect B2B, partners, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional or otherwise, media, retailers and their immediate families of cannot play the games offered on the Site.
• GDirectB2B and Zatbingo reserve the right to deny the User the use of the services offered on the Site at any time and without prior notice if they do not comply with these Terms, or as specified for each game or any other section included in the Site.

Legal Age

• To participate in any of the services offered by the Site is essential to be of legal age in the jurisdiction where the User is based.
• Under no circumstances do we allow or offer services offered by the Site to children under 18 or permit an account registration by a User who is not of legal age.

Legality

• The User assumes any responsibility to the local gaming authority, where participation is limited or prohibited by local laws.
• The User should declare that s/he is not a U.S. resident to play at Zatbingo.

User Information and Passwords

• The User will provide the Site with true, current and complete information. The User acknowledges that they are liable to damages by ZatBingo if the information submitted to the Site is false, inaccurate or incomplete.
• Once the User completes the registration process on the Site, the diligent use of passwords is User's sole responsibility.
• Any negative impact to the user (loss, theft, robbery, etc.) resulting from password access to the Site must be communicated as quickly as possible in order to proceed with the deactivation of the account.
• It is strictly forbidden for the user to allow third parties to use your account. The Site will not be liable for any use by third parties of a User's account.

Intellectual Property

• In relation to intellectual property rights, Zatbingo represents and warrants:
  1. Peaceful ownership by Gdirect B2B and / or its licensors of licensed intellectual property rights.
  2. That the licensed rights are free of any complaint, claim, charge, and that nothing in their advertising is held as libel or slander by any person, firm or association, or infringe the intellectual property rights or of any other exclusive right belonging to third parties.
• The User acknowledges that Zatbingo .com is a trademark and trade name owned by a foreign company and therefore the user does not have any rights to trademarks, the trade name, graphics, text, concepts, methodology or any property of Zatbingo , Gdirect B2B or its licensors.
• Copying, distribution and redistribution of intellectual property rights belonging to Zatbingo , Gdirect B2B and / or its licensors is forbidden. The only intellectual property rights granted to the User are inherent when using the services in the Site which are prohibited for commercial use.

Warranties and Liabilities

• • Zatbingo and Gdirect B2B or its group of companies, do not guarantee:
  i) the absence of errors or defects in the software and content offered on the Site;
  ii) the absence of virus and / or other harmful components in both the Site or in the servers responsible for its maintenance;
  iii) the total security by the security measures taken in the Site.
  
• Zatbingo and Gdirect B2B or its group of companies, will not be responsible for any of the circumstances set forth in the preceding paragraph. Neither would be liable for damages caused to User or third party for any other circumstance which has its origin in the breach of the following provisions:
  i) these Terms and Conditions;
  ii) other information contained in the Site, and
  iii) provisions of the enforcing law during any moment.
  
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, B2B Gdirect and Zatbingo declare that it has taken all necessary measures, within its capabilities and state of technology, to ensure the normal operation of the website and avoid the existence and transmission of viruses and other harmful components to users.
• The User shall hold harmless for any legal suit Zatbingo as well as B2B Gdirect and its group of companies, employees, directors, licensees, affiliates, advertising agencies, suppliers and providers of services, and will be required to compensate any costs, expenses, liabilities and damages incurred arising as a result of an act or omission by the User in relation to the Site.
• In no event are Zatbingo , Gdirect B2B or its group of companies responsible for the outcomes that occur as a result of any errors from communications with our system or during the development of any games or other services offered on the Site, and reserves the right to cancel any bets that have been affected by those errors.

Force majeure

• The parties are not obliged to fulfill their obligations in cases where it is not possible for reasons of force majeure. "Force majeure" is defined as any shortcomings of suppliers and / or third parties who provide services to Zatbingo and / or Gdirect B2B and the Site which it cannot be held accountable for.

Maintenance

• B2B Gdirect and Zatbingo may temporarily have the system out of service or limit its use in cases where this is necessary in order to improve the maintenance or make modifications to the Site, and does not grant the User any right to compensation of any kind by Zatbingo or Gdirect B2B.

Miscellaneous

• The User is not allowed to open multiple accounts in order to benefit from the additional provision of bonuses. If Zatbingo and / or Gdirect B2B deems that any user is abusing the system to perform these actions, Zatbingo and / or Gdirect B2B has the right to adjust the balance and deducting any cash resulting from use of bonuses.
• In such cases where there is any discrepancy with the game, as is recorded in the technical database of the website, and registered by the user, shall be considered valid in the recorded calls of the game server Portal
• You agree that the final authority in determining the outcome of any game is that of the SIte. If there is any discrepancy between information showing on your computer and our server, the result showing on our servers shall govern.
• A deposit is void if payment is not received by Gdirect B2B or if a default is made in the future. Gdirect B2B reserves the right to limit the participation of a User in a game, especially if a deposit was nil.
• Gdirect B2B reserves the right to refuse or rescind a bonus for any reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior of the user. In the case of abuse, Gdirect B2B reserves the right to terminate the relationshipof the User and B2B Gdirect and prevent user access to the Site in the future.
• Gdirect B2B reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold, delay or cancel payments to a User in case they have provided false or misleading information, have breached the terms of use resulting in the nullity of deposits or earnings. This action includes any game that may require further investigation, if the prize was awarded following a system malfunction, in which case Gdirect B2B is not required to pay users who benefit from such incidents. In some cases, Gdirect B2B reserves the discretion to determine whether to grant an alternative prize.
• Gdirect B2B reserves the right to deduct bonuses from user accounts if: i) they have remained inactive for at least 15 calendar days, ii) the closing of the account has been requested by the user and iii) in case of abusive behavior by the user.
• The User accepts that it is their sole responsibility to declare income from gambling to the competent tax authorities.
• Gdirect B2B wlll not file statements for the Users, nor withhold any portion tax revenues.
• Due to a high volume of fraudulent accounts from certain countries and/or local legal restrictions we reserve the right to close or limit payments to accounts from: Albania, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Herzegovina, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine and United States of America.

Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Virgin Islands. The interpretation and resolution of any dispute that may arise from User's participation in services offered by Gdirect B2B and Zatbingo are subject to the courts of the Virgin Islands. However, Zatbingo and / or B2B Gdirect are entitled to take legal steps in the jurisdiction in which the User resides.
